Find out which are the ways in which you can access and extend your access to support

There are two ways in which you can have access to our support:

  • You own Thrive Suite and you have access to all of our products. As long as the subscription is active you have unlimited access to our support.

  • You have purchased one or more of our products individually. In this case, you can benefit from our support for 1 year since you have purchased the respective product.

Therefore, as long as you have an active subscription you have access to support.

On the other hand, if it's been 1 year since you last purchased a plugin or a theme separately from our website and you want to extend your access to support, there will be no other solution to keep your support, just by re-purchasing your Thrive Suite subscription.

A Thrive Suite subscription includes access to all Thrive Themes plugins:
