You have purchased one or more of our products individually. In this case, you can benefit from our support for 1 year since you have purchased the respective product.
Therefore, as long as you have an active subscription you have access to support.
On the other hand, if it's been 1 year since you've last purchased a plugin or a theme separately from our website and you want to extend your access to support, here are a few ways of achieving this:
1. Purchase Thrive Suite;
2. Purchase one year of support.
Please note that, if you have purchased a Thrive Themes membership in the past, but it is no longer available, and you want to get access to our support, you will have to purchase Thrive Suite.
